At Daven Primary School, our vision is that 'together we can work together to empower our pupils to take on the world. We believe this vision is fundamental in ensuring our pupils believe that anything is possible.
Our School Values
Our school values aim to ensure children have the essential skills to take on the world. We have three values that we want all our stakeholders to demonstrate and live by.
Brave
Daven pupils will step out their comfort zone by having a go at things they have never tried.
Daven pupils will keep on trying, even when faced with problems, challenges or barriers.
Daven pupils will stand up for what they believe in.
Kind
Daven pupils will accept and celebrate differences.
Daven pupils will be open to forgiveness, forgiving and moving on.
Daven pupils will treat people and belongings with respect.
Curious
Daven pupils will ask questions and explore the world around them.
Daven pupils will listen to others and challenge opinion.
Daven pupils will understand the importance of learning new things.
Curriculum mission
We use our curriuclum and school values to ensure our vision becomes a reality. It is absolutely essential that if we want our pupils to take on the world, that they develop a sense of awe and wonder about the world around them.
